How long will it take to receive my new wakeboard?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before the weekend.
What is your return policy on used gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For safety reasons, gear that has been in the water cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.
How do I know which board size is right for me?
Board sizing is primarily based on rider weight. Please refer to the specific size chart on each product page, as dimensions can vary between brands like Ronix, Hyperlite, and Liquid Force.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, BuyWake ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during transit.
Are the bindings included with the wakeboard?
Unless you are purchasing a specific 'Package Deal,' wakeboards and bindings are sold separately to allow riders to customize their setup based on their skill level and boot size.
Does my equipment come with a warranty?
Most of our hardware comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. This typically does not cover damage caused by impact with docks, sliders, or rocks.
